The quality of our FIRST CLASS knives is unique:

The blades are drop-forged, the whole knife is made from one solid piece of Carbon-Cromium-Molybdane-Vanadium-steel (X50 CrMoV15 blade steel). After several times heating up to 1.400 degrees Celsius and then ice-hardening, the steel achieves a very fine, compact and homogenous structure. This is the reason for the long-lasting sharpness of the edge and the resistance to corrosion.

The blades are drop-forged, the whole knife is made from one solid piece of Carbon-Cromium-Molybdane-Vanadium-steel (X50 CrMoV15 blade steel). After several times heating up to 1.400 degrees Celsius and then ice-hardening, the steel achieves a very fine, compact and homogenous structure. This is the reason for the long-lasting sharpness of the edge and the resistance to corrosion.

The handles fit ergonomically and safely in the hand, and the double crop provides a perfect balance. This balance and the weight of the knife gives you the perfect tool to do all the cutting jobs in your kitchen!
