Since 1889 the Italian family Ballarini has been producing high quality cookware, always adapting to new technologies. Our model was designed in Milan by the studio Thun & Rodriguez and is produced in Italy. Forged from solid aluminium and magnetic steel, and covered with 6 layers of GRANITIUM non stick coating and an extra layer of TITANIUM, it:

• heats very quickly on all kinds of hobs: induction, gas, ceramic and electric
• is scratch resistant
• helps to save energy because you can lower the temperature and continue cooking
• is easy to clean
• got the label for “healthy cooking”.
